Perforated concrete shelves [424]

It is an administrative building, whose façade glass is protected by large concrete slats. The slats are vertical pivoting and can rotate 90 degrees outwards to fully open.

The concrete slats are perforated in a seemingly random position, what allows a scattered entrance of light when closed.

The slats form a continuous outer sheet separated from de glazing by a building maintenance hallway. Powerful motorized mechanisms allow the rotation of the heavy solar protections.
