FLARE is a modular system to create a dynamic hull for facades. Acting as a living skin, domotic controlled by a program which allows programs to create different movements.
FLARE becomes a facade an element which relates animated environment.
The system consists of a irregular prism made of reflective metal, which is fixed to a metal profile and a hydraulic arm which controls its movements. Each hydraulic arm operates independently controlled by the domotic program. The different movements allow the degree of openness of the facade, allowing the entry of solar radiation and adjustable ventilation. Also creates a reflective effect that allows light to enter the building.
