Exterior separated roller shutter on Thau School, MBM [284]

The large roller shutters that close the gaps of classrooms in the South and West façades are kept in outdoor light boxes.

The cataract of drawers and shutters defines the image of this pioneer school in Spain.

The roller shutters close sliding down the guides arranged about seventy cm from the woodworking. The detail actually corresponds to a housing building by the same architects, built a few years later, but with a very similar solution.
